Hyper-rigid interface. Suitable for sanding fillers, basecoats, paints and similar, *only on flat surfaces with hyper-stiff sanding support.

 

Interchangeable support interface for the abrasive mainly designed for surface grinding and designed for the Bodywork or similar sector, for the solution of all sanding problems.

Born to enhance the hardness of the abrasive backing to the planar shape profile only.

It has a powerful sanding effect and quickly eliminates all surface waviness.

It greatly reduces manual work.

GREEN HARD RUBBER 5MM

  • Suitable for electric and pneumatic sanders.
  • it also contains mechanical vibrations on the electric sanders, which are amplified on this tool motorization.
  • It is equipped with a 5 mm rigid rubber which, in combination with the steel plate and the applied abrasive, grinds the flat surfaces with maximum precision, with results of high working performance and qualitative perfection on the new skeletime sanding standard.

  • Apply to the surface and run the tool (no idling).
  • For optimum performance, we recommend: sanding machines with 5mm orbit, a smooth operation following the profile of the surface to be sanded, mixing wide vertical, horizontal and diagonal movements with medium-light pressure.
  • To be used at medium tool speed with Max 6000 RPM
  • To improve the system, we recommend to apply it on its dedicated backing pad, Pad Totem
  • If you want to preserve its tear-off adhesive even more, apply Interface Saver 1 mm
  • To flatten its tear-off adhesive more and avoid sanding micro-incisions, apply  Interface Converter 1mm.
  • The Skeletime system uses tear-off adhesives of the highest quality and tenacity. If the product is difficult to remove from the Pad Totem backing pad, it is necessary to use a squeegee with a handle to insert between the tear-off adhesive and velour and hold the edges of the backing pad tight. Otherwise, the Pad Totem backing pad may be damaged.
