Description

Self-modeling and self-leveling interface for electric sanders. Suitable for sanding basecoat, paints and similar. Recreate perfect shapes and angles.

Interchangeable support interface for the abrasive mainly designed for surface grinding and designed for the Bodywork or similar sector, for the solution of all sanding problems.

To be used with its dedicated Pad Totem.

Self-adapting to curved profiles, it provides a hard but flexible support for the abrasive with even, constant and cushioned pressure.

It eliminates unwanted waviness and greatly reduces manual work.

It has a specific patented abrasive backing system with independent steel plate with cushioning function, the whole Interface 45 SKELETIME

BLUE SPONGE 8MM

Suitable for electric sanders only.
Thanks to its 8 mm sponge height it adapts adequately to all the radii of curvature present on the surfaces and contains the mechanical vibrations, which are amplified on this tool motorization.
It is equipped with a hypersensitive sponge to self-adapt the steel foil and abrasive applied to the surfaces with maximum precision, with results of high working performance and qualitative perfection on the new skeletime sanding standard.

Apply to the surface and operate the tool (must not run idle).
For optimum performance, we recommend: sanding machines with 5mm orbit and smooth operation following the profile of the surface to be sanded, mixing wide vertical, horizontal and diagonal movements with medium-light pressure.
To be used at medium tool speed with Max 6000 RPM
To perfect the system, it is recommended to apply it on its dedicated backing pad Pad Totem
To preserve its tear-off adhesive, apply Interface Saver 1mm
To flatten your peel-off adhesive more and avoid sanding micro-incisions, apply Interface Converter 1mm
Il sistema Skeletime adotta adesivi a strappo di massima qualità e tenacia e se il prodotto fatica al distaccamento dal platorello Pad Totem, sulla rimozione, soprattutto da nuovi bisogna aiutarsi con una spatola con manico da inserire fra l’adesivo a strappo e velour e tenere stretti i lembi del platorello. Diversamente si rischia di danneggiare il platorello Pad Totem.
