Description

Self-modelling and self-levelling, suitable for sanding stucco, gelcoat and similar products on curved or flat surfaces. Suitable for industrial use with electric and pneumatic sanders.

Interchangeable support interface for the abrasive designed for surface grinding in all sectors, to solve all sanding problems.

To be used with its dedicated Pad Totem.

It self-adapts to curvilinear and planar profiles, it offers a hard but flexible support to the abrasive with uniform, constant and cushioned pressure.

It eliminates unwanted waviness and greatly reduces manual work.

It has a specific patented abrasive backing system with independent steel plate with cushioning function, the whole Interface 45 SKELETIME

Tear-off adhesive in black color and 6 MM height

Suitable for electric and pneumatic sanders.
Thanks to its 6 mm sponge height it discreetly adapts to all the radii of curvature present on the surfaces and contains the mechanical vibrations, which are amplified on this tool motorization.
It is equipped with reinforced sponges for a long duration of use, with satisfactory results on the new skeletime sanding standard.

Apply to the surface and operate the tool (must not run idle).
For optimum performance, we recommend: sanding machines with 5mm orbit and smooth operation following the profile of the surface to be sanded, mixing wide vertical, horizontal and diagonal movements with medium-light pressure.
To be used at medium tool speed with Max 6000 RPM
For best results it is recommended to apply it on its dedicated Pad Totem backing pad
If you want to preserve more of its original tear off adhesive, apply Interface Saver 1mm
To flatten your peel-off adhesive more and avoid sanding micro-incisions, apply Interface Converter 1mm
Il sistema Skeletime adotta adesivi a strappo di massima qualità e tenacia e se il prodotto fatica al distaccamento dal platorello Pad Totem, sulla rimozione, soprattutto da nuovi bisogna aiutarsi con una spatola con manico da inserire fra l’adesivo a strappo e velour e tenere stretti i lembi del platorello. Diversamente si rischia di danneggiare il platorello Pad Totem
