Skeletime® Interface 45 SemiPrò

It is the line of the Skeletime system for generic use for all sectors and for all sanders on the market.

They are two models of patented interfaces for sanding that are unique in the world, to be applied to the backing pad of sanders with velcro adhesion.

Internally, the Skeletime concept is incorporated with a self-modeling steel skeleton, which wraps the surfaces and grinds them without undulations, with perfect edges and much more (skletime benefits).

They are designed for a generic use of electric or pneumatic sanders and aimed at users of all sectors who practice sanding, but who want a high performance of product life, while obtaining satisfactory qualitative results from the new Skeletime sanding standard, unique in the world Also suitable in the auto repair sector.

The Interface 45 Skeletime SemiPrò mobile inserts have a single height of 6 MM and are equipped with a medium-hard yellow sponge for its steel foil.

The patented Interface 45 SemiPrò inserts are divided into two models of use and recognizable by the different color of the support layer for the abrasive:

HARD 6MM

Extremely difficult machining of stucco or other / curvilinear surfaces, and increased stiffness/flat surfaces with the use of abrasives up to P240.

MEDIUM 6MM

Processing of surfaces coated with primer, paint or other/curvilinear and increased rigidity/flat with the use of abrasives beyond P240.

The ease of use of the Starter Kit Interface 45 SemiPrò

It is the KIT of the Skeletime system for generic use in all sectors and for all sanders on the market.

Simple in its use, and is equipped with products with reinforced sponges for greater durability.

Recommended for users who want a high performance of product duration, while obtaining satisfactory quality results from the new Skeletime sanding standard, unique in the world
Also suitable in the auto repair sector.

Accessories

The patented Skeletime® Interface 45 Professional and Interface 45 Semi Prò inserts are equipped with dedicated accessories for its proper functioning where it also includes a special ultra light pad for their use. Suitable for electric or pneumatic sanders.

PAD TOTEM

Backing pad equipped with lateral grooves to facilitate the quick centering and its rapid removal of the Interface 45, or Insert Rubber, which during the latter operation prevents accidental breakage.

KIT ADAPTER

To adapt the PAD TOTEM pad to sanders with non-standard attachment, for example Festol, Rupes, apply the inserts present in the ADAPTER KIT.

INSERT RUBBER

To use the PAD TOTEM pad for common use, or to sand on plastic materials, it is recommended to apply the INSERT RUBBER insert.

INSERT FOAM 5MM

To soften the support of the Skeletime® Interface 45, or to raise the sponge and wrap the curves of the surfaces more, when necessary it is recommended to apply the INSERT FOAM 5 MM insert.

INSERT SAVER 1MM

Interchangeable insert to increase the useful life of Skeletime products from their wear.

INSERT CONVERTER 1MM

Interchangeable insert to convert hook-and-loop hook and loop tape to flat, smooth hook and loop tape for micro-abrasives. (Optional in the Kits)

Attention

For optimal performance of the patented Skeletime® Interface 45 Professional and Interface 45 Semi Prò inserts, we recommend sanders with a 5mm orbit, with use at MAX of half turns and give a medium-light pressure.

It should be used smoothly following the profile of the surface to be sanded, mixing large vertical, horizontal and diagonal movements.
