Skeletime® Interface SemiPrò

It is the interchangeable line of the Skeletime® system for general use for all industrial sectors, suitable for all sanders on the market and also recommended for industrial body shops.

There are two models of patented sanding interfaces, unique in the world, to be applied to the backing pad of sanders with tear-off adhesion.

Internally the Skeletime® concept is incorporated with a self-shaping and self-levelling steel skeleton, which wraps and grinds surfaces without undulations, with perfect edges and much more (skletime benefits).

Compared to the Professional line, the Semiprò line simplifies use because they are suitable for electric or pneumatic sanders with only two models and greater durability, but the medium-hard sponges with which they are equipped adapt the steel plate to the supports to be sanded with less precision.

The Interface Skeletime® SemiPrò mobile inserts have a single height of 6 MM and are equipped with a medium-hard yellow sponge for its steel plate.

The patented Interface Skeletime® SemiPrò inserts are divided into two models of use and recognizable by the different color of the support layer for the abrasive:

HARD 6MM

Extremely difficult machining of stucco or other / curvilinear surfaces, and increased stiffness/flat surfaces with the use of abrasives up to P240.

MEDIUM 6MM

Processing of surfaces coated with primer, paint or other/curvilinear and increased rigidity/flat with the use of abrasives beyond P240.

Kit Interface SemiPrò Essential

This Skeletime® system KIT features interchangeable, self-leveling modules that offer the right balance of quality, price, durability, and ease of use. However, compared to the Professional line, which features super-soft sponges, it requires more pressure, resulting in less precision.

Suitable for all industries and compatible with pneumatic and electric sanders.

Accessories

The patented Skeletime® Interface 45 Professional and Interface 45 Semi Prò inserts are equipped with dedicated accessories for its proper functioning where it also includes a special ultra light pad for their use. Suitable for electric or pneumatic sanders.

PAD TOTEM

Backing pad equipped with lateral grooves to facilitate the quick centering and its rapid removal of the Interface 45, or Insert Rubber, which during the latter operation prevents accidental breakage.

KIT ADAPTER

To adapt the PAD TOTEM pad to sanders with non-standard attachment, for example Festol, Rupes, apply the inserts present in the ADAPTER KIT.

INSERT RUBBER

To use the PAD TOTEM pad for common use, or to sand on plastic materials, it is recommended to apply the INSERT RUBBER insert.

INSERT FOAM 5MM

To soften the support of the Skeletime® Interface 45, or raise the sponge and better wrap the curves of the surfaces, when necessary it is recommended to apply the INSERT FOAM 5 MM insert.

INSERT SAVER 1MM

Interchangeable insert to increase the useful life of Skeletime products from their wear.

INSERT CONVERTER 1MM

Interchangeable insert to convert hook-and-loop hook and loop tape to flat, smooth hook and loop tape for micro-abrasives. (Optional in the Kits)

Attention

For optimal performance of the patented Skeletime® Interface 45 Professional and Interface 45 Semi Prò inserts, we recommend sanders with a 5mm orbit, with use at MAX of half turns and give a medium-light pressure.

It should be used smoothly following the profile of the surface to be sanded, mixing large vertical, horizontal and diagonal movements.
