Description

Self-shaping and self-levelling, suitable for sanding primer, paint and similar, on curved or flat surfaces. Suitable for industrial use with electric and pneumatic sanders.

 

Interchangeable support interface for the abrasive designed for surface grinding in all sectors, to solve all sanding problems.

To be used in combination with the pack with its dedicated Totem Pad backing pad.

It self-adapts to curved and planar profiles, offers a hard but flexible support to the abrasive with uniform, constant and cushioned pressure.

Eliminates unwanted waviness and significantly reduces manual processing.

It has a specific patented support system for the abrasive with an independent steel plate with a shock-absorbing function, of the entire Interface 45 System.

Tear-off adhesive in WHITE color and 6 MM high

  • Suitable for electric and pneumatic sanders.
  • Thanks to its 6 mm sponge height, it discreetly adapts to all curvature radii present on the surfaces and contains the mechanical vibrations, which are amplified on this tool motorisation.
  • It is equipped with reinforced sponges for a long duration of use, with satisfactory results on the new skeletime sanding standard.

  • Apply to the surface and activate the tool (no idling).
  • For optimum performance, we recommend sanding machines with a 5mm orbit and smooth operation following the contour of the surface to be sanded, mixing wide vertical, horizontal and diagonal movements with medium-light pressure
  • To be used at medium tool speed with Max 6000 RPM
  • To perfect the system, it is recommended to apply it on its dedicated backing pad, Pad Totem
  • If you want to preserve its tear-off adhesive even more, apply Interface Saver 1 mm
  • To flatten its hook-and-loop adhesive and avoid sanding micro-incisions, apply  Interface Converter 1mm
  • The Skeletime system uses tear-off adhesives of the highest quality and tenacity. If the product is difficult to remove from the Pad Totem backing pad, it is necessary to use a squeegee with a handle, to insert between the tear-off adhesive and velour and hold the edges of the backing pad tight, otherwise there is the risk to damage the Pad Totem backing pad.
