This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Annex A of standard UNI CEI EN 301549 due to the non-compliances and exemptions listed below.

 

Non-accessible Content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reason: non-compliance with Law no. 4 of 9 January 2004.

 

  • Non-text content: some functional images may not feature a descriptive or sufficiently adequate alternative text.
  • Minimum contrast: some texts or interface components may not respect the minimum color contrast ratio*.
  • Visible focus: some buttons or interactive elements may not feature a sufficiently clear visible indicator when receiving keyboard focus**.
  • Links and/or buttons:
    • that require a better definition of the text to clearly describe their purpose and destination (e.g., "read more");
    • that use the same text label but point to different destinations;
    • lacking text labels, descriptive text, or adequate ARIA attributes.
  • Embedded elements/frames: presence of elements such as iframe lacking an identifying title attribute.
  • Link redundancy: some hyperlinks may be redundant, creating obstacles when navigating via assistive technologies or keyboard.
  • Focus order: the sequence in which interactive header elements receive focus during keyboard or screen reader navigation may not follow a completely logical and explanatory order relative to the visual layout of the page.
  • Meaningful sequence: when viewed on mobile devices, the sequential reading order of content communicated by assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers) may not match the correct visual order of appearance of certain header elements (such as the logo and navigation menu), or menu items may be intercepted by assistive technologies even when the panel is not expanded.
  • Multimedia content and video players: some videos embedded on pages (e.g., on the home page) may lack text alternatives or equivalent transcripts, or their playback controls may not be fully manageable via keyboard and assistive technologies.
  • Localization and language labels: attributes or texts (e.g., aria-label) in a language other than the main language of the document may be present, not properly translated or not marked with the appropriate language attribute (lang).

Non-pertinent findings from automated tools:

During the technical analysis, some incorrect findings emerged from the MAUVE++ automated validator, including:

  • Alleged color contrast and/or focus visibility issues on elements that, upon direct visual and instrumental verification, are fully compliant.
  • Alleged visible focus issues on buttons or elements that, upon direct visual and instrumental verification, are fully compliant.

These findings constitute known false positives of the automated tool. They have been appropriately documented and do not represent actual accessibility barriers for users.

These elements were tracked as part of the technical analysis supporting this statement. Any adaptation and resolution measures will be evaluated and planned based on the priorities identified by the company, which confirms its intention to progressively improve website accessibility and ensure an inclusive browsing experience for all users.

Note: The website was built using the WordPress CMS and consequently employs features provided by the installed theme and plugins that require direct intervention on their source code to resolve the issues described above. As these third-party components adopt proprietary development logic, adaptation may not be immediately applicable and will therefore be managed progressively during subsequent code maintenance and development activities.

 

Preparation of this Accessibility Statement

This statement was prepared on 23/12/2025, based on a technical assessment carried out by third parties, comprising objective and subjective analyses, in accordance with Article 3(1) of EU Commission Implementing Decision 2018/1523 and AgID Guidelines.

The statement was last reviewed on 25/08/2026, in compliance with the recommendation to periodically verify its accuracy, even in the absence of substantial changes.

This statement will be updated at least once a year or in the event of significant changes to the website.
