Reporting of false positives detected by automated tools:
During the technical analysis, some incorrect reports emerged from the MAUVE++ automated validator, including:
- Alleged color contrast and/or focus issues on elements that, upon visual and instrumental verification, are fully compliant.
- Alleged color contrast and/or focus issues on interactive interface components that, upon visual and instrumental verification, are fully compliant.
- Alleged visible focus issues on buttons or elements that, upon visual and instrumental verification, are fully compliant.
These false positives have been documented and do not represent real critical issues for the site’s accessibility.
These elements have been documented as part of the technical analysis supporting this statement. Any adaptation interventions will be evaluated and planned based on the priorities identified by the company, which confirms its willingness to progressively improve site accessibility and ensure an inclusive experience for all users.
NB: the site was built with the WordPress CMS, therefore it uses features introduced by the theme and/or plugins in use, which require direct intervention on their code to try to resolve the accessibility issues described above. In this regard, since a proprietary logic of development and/or code writing is used, this means they are not immediately resolvable and will therefore be addressed more specifically following further analysis or during future interventions.

This statement was drafted on 12/23/2025, based on a technical evaluation carried out by third parties, including objective and subjective analyses, in accordance with Article 3, paragraph 1, of the EU Implementing Decision 2018/1523 of the Commission and the AgID Guidelines.
The statement was last reviewed on 12/23/2025, in accordance with the recommendation to periodically verify its accuracy, even in the absence of substantial changes.
This statement will be updated at least once a year or in case of significant changes to the website.
