Skeletime® SemiPro 11 Recommended Steps
1) Mounting the backing pad Totem on the sander.
2) Apply the two Skeletime® Savers pressed firmly onto the back of the Skeletime® Black and White .
3) HARD black to be used up to grain P 240 (suitable for self-shaping and self-levelling on flat and curved surfaces – Stucco, Paint, Primer, Gealcoat, Carbon, Resin Fibre, etc etc, for all processes, with just 1 step):
4) MEDIUM white to be used beyond P 240 grain (suitable for self-shaping and self-levelling on flat and curved surfaces – Stucco, Paint, Primer, Gealcoat, Carbon, Resin Fibre, etc etc, for all processes, with just 1 step):
5) White RUBBER INSERT (Transforms the Totem pad for standard use when needed) Can be used without Skeletime Saver:
6) BLACK SPONGE INSERT (suitable for additional surface finishes when necessary) To be used without Skeletime Saver:
7) When you install Skeletime® on the backing pad Totem , you must press them firmly.
8) When removing, hold a finger on the pad and remove the Skeletime® + Saver from the crescent . The Saver must always remain together with the Skeletime® Black, White.
9) To use, lower the speed of your sander to 5/6000 rpm (about half).
10) Use the sander without pressure and as if it were a manual pad, i.e. long lateral, horizontal and vertical passages but following the profile of the vehicle.
11) Always use a sanding control light at each step.
By magic you will obtain precision sanding with perfect profiles!
