(paint and metal) – (paint and plastic) – (paint and composite fibers)

When repairing dents and applying filler, after sanding the sheet metal with paint that must be homogeneous without steps and without coarse scratches (Skeletime manages to carry out this phase impeccably), the use of manual pads is a mandatory step with traditional processes, since traditional pads do not adapt to the surfaces.

With the Skeletime® system this does not happen, because thanks to the self-leveling and self-adapting steel blade, directly from the sander, using it with movements as if it were a manual block, precise surfaces are obtained, without waviness and perfect edges in a few steps.

Advantage of the Skeletime® system in essential filler sanding jobs:

  • By avoiding the sliding of the manual block, abrasive scratches that are difficult to remove are avoided, furthermore the repair spaces and work phases are reduced to a few steps.
  • Avoiding the slipping of the manual block prevents the crushing of thin car sheets, which is inevitable with the manual block.
  • Avoiding the slipping of the manual block reduces the physical fatigue of the operator.
  • Avoiding the slipping of the manual block almost completely reduces dust.
  • Avoiding the slipping of the manual block allows even inexperienced operators to create masterpieces.
  • Avoiding the slipping of the manual block significantly reduces repair times, increasing productivity at the same fixed cost for the operator.
  • Thanks to the perfect sanding carried out without scratches, they allow the filler to improve the subsequent primer and paint phases with impeccable results of the final result.
